Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 10, Verse 37

वृष्णीनां वासुदेवोऽस्मि पाण्डवानां धनञ्जयः । मुनीनामप्यहं व्यासः कवीनामुशना कविः

vṛṣṇīnāṃ vāsudevo'smi pāṇḍavānāṃ dhanañjayaḥ | munīnāmapyahaṃ vyāsaḥ kavīnāmuśanā kaviḥ

Translation

Of the Vṛṣṇis I am Vāsudeva, of the Pāṇḍavas I am Dhanañjaya, and of the saints I am Vyāsa, of the sages I am Uśanas the sage.

Śaṅkarācārya's commentary

Dhanañjaya: Myself, who am your friend. Vṛṣṇis: the descendants of Vṛṣṇi. The saints: those who are engrossed in meditation and know all things. Sages: those of extensive knowledge, the omniscient beings.
