Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 11, Verse 36

अर्जुन उवाच । स्थाने हृषीकेश तव प्रकीर्त्या जगत्प्रहृष्यत्यनुरज्यते च । रक्षांसि भीतानि दिशो द्रवन्ति सर्वे नमस्यन्ति च सिद्धसङ्घाः

arjuna uvāca | sthāne hṛṣīkeśa tava prakīrtyā jagatprahṛṣyatyanurajyate ca | rakṣāṃsi bhītāni diśo dravanti sarve namasyanti ca siddhasaṅghāḥ

Translation

It is meet, O Hṛṣīkeśa, that the world is delighted and rejoices by Thy praise; Rākṣasas fly in fear to all quarters, and all hosts of Siddhas bow to Thee.

Praise: description of Thy glory. This verse may be also rendered so as to mean: The Lord is the proper object of delight and love, for the Lord is the Self of all and the Friend of all beings. Siddhas: such as Kapila. It is meet that such should be the case so far as Thou art concerned.
