Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 8, Verse 16

आब्रह्मभुवनाल्लोकाः पुनरावर्तिनोऽर्जुन । मामुपेत्य तु कौन्तेय पुनर्जन्म न विद्यते

ābrahmabhuvanāllokāḥ punarāvartino'rjuna | māmupetya tu kaunteya punarjanma na vidyate

Translation

All worlds including the world of Brahmā are subject to returning again, O Arjuna; but, on reaching Me, O son of Kuntī, there is no rebirth.

The worlds including Brahma-loka are limited by time and so are subject to return. Only those who reach Me transcend rebirth.
