दैवी सम्पद्विमोक्षाय निबन्धायासुरी मता । मा शुचः सम्पदं दैवीमभिजातोऽसि पाण्डव

daivī sampadvimokṣāya nibandhāyāsurī matā | mā śucaḥ sampadaṃ daivīmabhijāto'si pāṇḍava

Translation

The divine nature is deemed for liberation, the demoniac for bondage. Grieve not, O Pāṇḍava; thou art born for a divine lot.

Śaṅkarācārya's commentary

Liberation: from the bondage of saṃsāra. The demoniac (āsuric) nature leads to an unfailing bondage, and so does the fiendish (Rākṣasic) nature. Seeing some such question as "Am I possessed of demoniac nature, or of divine nature?" occur in the mind of Arjuna on hearing what has been said, the Lord again says: grieve not; thou art born for a divine lot; i.e., thou hast happiness in prospect.
