Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 32
ये त्वेतदभ्यसूयन्तो नानुतिष्ठन्ति मे मतम् । सर्वज्ञानविमूढांस्तान्विद्धि नष्टानचेतसः
ye tvetadabhyasūyanto nānutiṣṭhanti me matam | sarvajñānavimūḍhāṃstānviddhi naṣṭānacetasaḥ
Translation
But those who, carping at this, My teaching, practise it not — know them as deluded in all knowledge, as senseless men doomed to destruction.

Śaṅkarācārya's commentary
Those who oppose the teaching of the Lord and refuse to practise it are deluded; ruined in all knowledge, they are doomed.
