आदित्यानामहं विष्णुर्ज्योतिषां रविरंशुमान् । मरीचिर्मरुतामस्मि नक्षत्राणामहं शशी
ādityānāmahaṃ viṣṇurjyotiṣāṃ raviraṃśumān | marīcirmarutāmasmi nakṣatrāṇāmahaṃ śaśī
Translation
Of the Ādityas I am Viṣṇu; of the radiances, the resplendent Sun; I am Marīci of the Maruts; of the asterisms, the Moon.

Of the twelve Ādityas, I am the Āditya known as Viṣṇu. Maruts are a kind of Devatās.
