Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 10, Verse 25

महर्षीणां भृगुरहं गिरामस्म्येकमक्षरम् । यज्ञानां जपयज्ञोऽस्मि स्थावराणां हिमालयः

maharṣīṇāṃ bhṛgurahaṃ girāmasmyekamakṣaram | yajñānāṃ japayajño'smi sthāvarāṇāṃ himālayaḥ

Translation

Of the Great Ṛṣis I am Bhṛgu; of words I am the one syllable 'Oṃ;' of offerings I am the offering of Japa (silent repetition), of unmoving things the Himalaya.

Bhṛgu is the chief of the Great Ṛṣis. Of offerings (yajñas) the offering of japa — silent repetition — is highest.
